Job Description

We are seeking a polite, organized, and reliable Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle daily administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple front office responsibilities.



🎯 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Workspace
  • Good organizational and time management skills
